吃粽子注意事项


Eating zongzi on the Dragon Boat Festival is a Chinese traditional custom. People will prepare rice dumplings on the early Dragon Boat Festival every year. What’s need to notice when you eating or storing rice dumplings on the Dragon Boat Festival?

端午节吃粽子是中国人的传统习俗,每年端午节,人们都早早地开始准备粽子。粽子在保存和食用上有什么需要注意的呢?


1.Must put in refrigerator

一定放冰箱保存


The main ingredient of glutinous rice dumplings are red jujube and bean paste or meat, so in the early summer hot weather is easy to spoil. Jujube and bean paste in refrigerator can store 3-5 days, if it is meat, ate within 3 days as well.

粽子的主要成分是糯米,加上红枣、豆沙或者肉,因此在初夏炎热的天气里很容易变质。枣粽子和豆沙粽子放冰箱可保存3—5天,如果是肉馅,3天内吃完为好。


2.Dumplings should heat through before eating

粽子要热透再吃


Eating rice dumplings is best not to cold, heat thoroughly before eating. On the one hand, glutinous rice and rice dumplings filling are easy to become bad food, inadequate heating is easy to happen poisoning; One the other hand cold rice dumplings too oil and sticky, are more likely to cause indigestion.

粽子最好不要凉着吃,吃前要彻底加热。一是糯米和粽子馅都是容易变质的食物,加热不充分,很容易发生食物中毒;二是因为变凉的粽子过油、过黏,更容易引起消化不良。


3. Eating only one or a half a day

一天只吃半个或一个


Most of rice dumplings made from glutinous rice, lack of fiber, high viscosity, not easy to digest. Eating zongzi don't more than 50 grams per day, a half or one.

粽子大多用糯米做成,缺乏纤维,黏度高、不易消化。每天吃粽子别超过50克,也就是半个或1个。


4.Hyperlipidemia patients should avoid eating.

糖尿病人忌食粽子


Many people like to eat rice dumplings with pork belly. The expert points out, although it content high protein, but contains a lot of fat. Therefore hyperlipidemia patients should avoid eating.

很多人喜欢吃五花肉做的肉粽。专家指出,肉粽虽然蛋白含量高,却含有大量脂肪。因此高血脂病人应避免食用。
